"The hotel staff were extremely friendly, helpful and obliging. When we asked if they could help us buy coach tickets, we assumed they would simply call the bus station. Later we discovered that one staff member had physically gone all the way to the station to buy them for us! They were also most helpful about arranging tuk tuks for us."
