Family Hotel will meet you at Wattay Airport or the Friendship Bridge and deliver you to the hotel, although this will be charged for. If you are making your own way you can get a Taxi from Wattay Airport or if you are arriving in Vientiane from the Friendship Bridge you can get a taxi or tuk tuk easily.

If you start from the Namphou Fountain walk up Pangkham Street away from the Mekong River and you will come to a Samsenthai Road, cross the road and continue walking for about 100m and you will find the Family hotel on your right.
