Located on the second floor of one of the compound's seven buildings, the 50-seat "Sala Nong Chanh" restaurant offers a terrace view of Nong Chanh Park. The restaurant features fine traditional Lao and international cuisine in a beautifully designed, elegant setting.
The "Champa Lao Spa" offers facials and body treatment, sauna and traditional massage. To ensure that guests can continue with their work in comfort, the Business Center offers 24-hour access and is equipped with private meeting spaces with high-speed wireless LAN.

For cancellations less than 5 days before check in, and for no shows, the full value of the booking will be charged to your credit card.
Other disclosures:
A compulsory Gala Dinner for all guests will be held on Christmas Eve (Dec. 24) and New Years Eve (Dec. 31) at KIP 450,000 net per person (approx. USD53 net per person).
