Green Park Boutique Hotel is truly a family affair. Father, three sons, and a sister-in-law look after all aspects of running this unique, customer focused hotel. Sourisack is the general manager, Thepharak is responsible for sales and marketing, and Sanouda is the financial controller. Sakpaseuth operates an onsite consulting office and was the prime contractor during the hotel's construction. Their father, Choung, worked for the Mekong River Commission Secretariat in Bangkok and has extensive knowledge about the region. Family members traveled extensively in Europe and Asia, as well as Australia, New Zealand and Sri Lanka to see which best practices should be incorporated into their hotel. An overriding focus of  Green Park Boutique Hotel staff is to provide all guests unprecedented privacy in a relaxed and comfortable environment.
