Water sports are the plat de jour at the Long Ngum View Resort with boat rides, fishing, kayaks and exploring the Islands dotted around the lake on Jetskis. Why not finish the day off with a romantic meal on the balcony of your bungalow with your very own private waiter, or have a few games of pool in the restaurant.
Facilities & Services
Being so close to the Ngam Ngum Lake ensures that the activities and facilities on offer at the Long Ngum View Resort are water based. With boat rides and fishing, to the more energetic kayaks and jetskis for exploring the islands of the lake. Also after a long day relax with a Lao herbal sauna and traditional massage.
The resort also has a restaurant serving local Lao cuisine alongside European dishes with a local influence. There is also an option to dine on the balcony of your room with your very own waiter. Or perhaps have a beer while you’re playing pool in the restaurant.
Finally the resort has the ubiquitous free wireless internet throughout the resort as well as the ability to host small to medium sized meetings for up to 80 people in a classroom style.
The resort has a number of water sports available for an added cost, they are:
1. JetSki - US$38 per hour (3 Jetskis available)
2. Banana Boat - US$25 (you will be towed by a Jetski)
3. Kayak (for lake) - US$9 per day (7am - 4pm)
4. Small Boat (no roof) 2-8 persons - US$19 per hour
5. Boat with roof 10-20 persons - US$38 per hour
6. Boat with roof 20-30 persons - US$47 per hour
7. Big Boat 40-80 persons - US$163 per hour
