Caring For The Customer
The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.
Meet at the Green Discovery office in Vientiane. Nam Lik is 2 hrs north of Vientiane by car and then a 20 min motorboat ride on the Nam Lik River before a final trek up-hill for around one hour to the adventure site.
The adventure site is located near Phonehong, half way from Vientiane to Vang Vieng about 17 km from Hin-Heup and 10km from Route 13.
The price includes:
• 3 Guides (one internationally trained in outdoor sports, two local)

• Trekking, use of zipline and related adventure installations
