Oulayvanh Hotel is located in Sibounheuang Village of Vientiane which is located just beyond the famous Patouxay Monument on Sibounheuang Rd. This location is just out of the city centre however close to restaurants, convenience stores and shops. Tuk tuks provide easy transportation to and from the city centre.

The Oulayvanh Hotel is a 15 minute taxi ride from Wattay Airport and costs between US$6 - US$8. From the Firendship bridge it takes 30 minutes and costs around US$15.

Getting there yourself is fairly straight forward and the Patouxay Monument is the easiest place to start from. There are three large roads running away from the monument in a north easterly direction, take the road on the far left. You will come to an intersection with Asean Road where there are traffic lights. Cross straight over the traffic lights and continue down the road directly opposite and you will find the Oulayvanh Hotel about 150-200 metres on your left hand side.
