LC invests in many countries such as Own Holiday Inn Phuket Resort in Phuket, Holiday Inn Keisington London, Ambassador Perth Australia, City View serviced apartment, Hochiminh Vietnam, China and Laos. They chose Laos after doing a survey that showed there were no serviced apartment accommodation available in Laos.
