This hotel is formally called Dok Mai Deng Hotel and is still known as that locally. For ease of arrival and getting around, it is advised that you know both names.
Ramayana Gallery Hotel is currently under renovation (including the swimming pool and some guest rooms/floors). Renovation is due for completion by the end of November 2008.
For cancellations 8 days or more before check in, a full refund shall be issued. For cancellations 7 days or less before check in, no refund can be issued.
