Rugby in Laos?  No way I hear you cry, but yes - rugby in Laos is a growing sport and not only are Laos now competing on the international rugby seen, but the Lao Rugby Federation have developed a great youth and outreach programme that is introducing the ideas of health and fitness, teamwork and cooperation to the youngsters around Vientiane.
